Buildings & Grounds Commission
This Buildings & Grounds Commission makes decisions on management of the property of St. Ferdinand and St. Henry Churches by providing professional recommendations on the upkeep and maintenance needs for all buildings and grounds, as well as upkeep on the cemetery at each church. This Commission Chair sits on the pastoral Council and reports directly to them.
Purpose: The purpose of this commission is to review and address all of the maintenance needs for all parish buildings and
grounds and cemeteries of St. Ferdinand and St. Henry churches. This commission will also work to develop advanced
five-year maintenance plans for all church properties. This commission will provide monthly reports to the parish council,
so that they are aware of all of our parish property and grounds' needs, and then can provide the proper maintenance
interventions.
Goals: The goal of this commission is to assist the parish priest and the parish council in the awareness of present and forthcoming
maintenance needs so that they can provide the proper interventions to maintain all properties and all grounds in the
proper conditions necessary to address the needs of Christ the King parish.
