To Register for Faith FormationTo get your children registered for the 2015-2016 school year pick up registration forms at the entrances of church or request forms by contacting Kacie at kklem@evdio.org or calling 367-1212.
*If you live outside the Southeast Dubois School District and would like your child to participate in faith formation at St. Ferdinand Church contact Kacie at 367-1212 ext. 26 or at kklem@evdio.org Together we can find the faith formation setting that will work the best for you and your child. For 3-5 year-olds Sunday mornings during the 10:00 Mass or Wednesday mornings Begins Sunday, September 28 *Grades K-4 Released-Time for children attending Ferdinand Elementary Wednesdays during the school day Begins the week of August 11th. *Grades 5 & 6 Released-Time for children attending Cedar Crest Intermediate School Tuesday mornings from 7:50-8:50 AM Bus riders should get off the bus at the Spiritual Life Center. After class St. Ferdinand Church provides bus transportation to Cedar Crest Intermediate. Begins the week of August 11th. *Grades 7 & 8 Released-Time for children attending Forest Park Junior High 7th Grade - Wednesday afternoons 1:50-2:50 8th Grade - Tuesday afternoons 1:50-2:50 Buses will bring the students to the Spiritual Life Center from Forest Park Jr. High. Participants will be dismissed to buses at Ferdinand Elementary at the end of the day. Begins the week of August 11th. Grades 9-12 Wednesday evenings 7:30-8:30 PM Begins August 27. |
